Description
((no trades)) Hello, I’m selling my ‘97 Dodge Van that I converted into a camper for van-living. This was started as a project with my dad back in 2021, but financial and life issues got in the way, and I feel guilty using it just as a daily driver for work, so now I’m looking to sell to someone who will get proper use out of it. 163,097 miles. The van runs and drives great, especially with the recently rebuilt transmission. V8 engine, automatic transmission. Gas tank is 35 gal. (I have receipts for everything below if needed) Repairs/Maintenance: 2.2021- Right front brake caliper & hose replaced 6.2022- Front & rear shocks replaced 11.2022- Water pump & serpentine belt replaced 9.2023- Auto idle speed motor & ignition coil replaced 10.2023- Battery replaced 11.2023- Brake pads replaced 2.2024- Smog pass 2.2024- Rebuilt transmission & torque converter Interior-wise, the van is pretty much finished. I’ve taken it camping multiple times over the past couple years, less than I wanted to, but it’s a fully functional camper; it just needs some TLC and a little interior cosmetic touch-up. Features: -2 AGM RV batteries and a 2000w inverter with a fuse panel -4 roof-mounted solar panels (~13v total charge intake) -Backup exterior charging outlet and cord, power can be charged from any standard outlet -~40 gal. water tank with hand pump sink -2 roof vents -Bench seat that folds into a bed, fits a full-size mattress sheet (I have 2 lap seat belts, I just never had a use for them so I never installed them) -Microwave -Compartment for refrigerator (fridge not included) -Mounted tv with Bluetooth sound bar -3 interior lights -3 standard house outlets, and 4 12v outlets -Plenty of cabinet and storage space -Fold-out generator rack mounted on back with gas tanks attached Cons: -The ac doesn't work -The passenger window arm is missing a part, so it falls into the door when you roll it down. I have the door panel off so I can roll it back up -The windshield does have a crack on the passenger side, but it’s been there since I bought it and hasn’t gotten any bigger, so it never presented an issue for me Asking 8500 obo, no lowballers! thank you :)
