Very satisfied with my experience at sports and imports autos. When I called I was immediately greeted with excellent customer service. The salesman even got me an uber to the dealership as soon as I was approved. Do not believe any of the reviews you see online and come down and check it out yourself. For a buy here pay here dealership, they have very well taken care, quality cars with low mileage. Shoutout to Michael.

This company has irrevocably broken any trust! The customer service representative lies so much! Was a long time customer since 2016. It was constant problems. Taking double payments. Sold me several lemons. Most recently tried to trade one in to get a different one. Didn't have anything in my teir level. Was told i could leave the car and come back to look at the next shimpment. Was told it was at a holding facility. I paid the monthly payment then decided to keep the car and paid it off. Was told I would get the title. That was a lie. Because well they scraped the car. Didn't even make a trade in agreement.  After filing a bbb claim. They offered to credit my husbands account if he pays his car down to the pay off amount of my car. Like they didn't just rob me. They customer service lady stated she would mail us documentation of our agreement.  Yet another lie. Here it is October she said this in August.  Today we called she tried to say she never said that. The voice recording below shows she not only said it once but twice. If you do business with this shady company record everything.  Document everything.  They are doing it to you. Protect yourself.

Aviana was so professional and supportive. I called to make an appointment and she was respectful and helpful.  When I arrived she offered refreshments while doing paperwork and then gave me time to walk the lot without being pushed to make a sale. She helped me into a car and find coverage. I’d recommend sports and imports to anyone. Just ask for Aviana and she will assist you anyway she can. Thanks Aviana 😀

Purchased vehicle on 12-12-24
-Check engine light came on at 12-12-24 that night same Day.

- Returned the car back to the dealership the next day on 12-13-24
- An appointment was made for service for 12-20-24 with A Main sales representative named Nigel
- The Passenger Side window stopped working and would not roll up on 12-14-24. Returned to the dealership that day and no one could repair the window because it was Saturday.
- Returning home from the store On  12-14-25 to 12-15-24 the vehicle shut off on me while driving on the Road. It later started after several attempts.
- I called the dealership on 12-16-24 and spoke with the accounts manager Emily and she confirmed they would pick up the vehicle the same Day.
- They Did not pick it up on 12-16-24
- I called on 12-17-24 and was sent to Emily’s voicemail she did answer. They did not pick up the vehicle.
- I called on 12-18-24. I spoke to Emily and she apologized for the inconvenience and said someone will pick it up today.

They eventually picked up the vehicle. They have had the vehicle ever since.

They called around the week of  12-25-24 letting me know the vehicle had still not been fixed and were requesting payment. I let them know I hired an attorney. They said they would now communicate with the attorney.

My attorney sent a letter. They sent a response. As of 05-26-25 they have not contacted me for a resolution or to return my funds.

This is a horrible place to buy a car. It seems they don’t care about their customers and reputation. Stay far away from this place.

Gave me a ride to their location and Buford and met with J_Duncan_Boots made sure I was in and out had everything ready I just had to test drive. Highly recommend!
