Vintage Ethan Allen nightstand

I found this piece on a curb a little less than 6 months ago and I couldn't pass it up. It's vintage Ethan Allen which is considered extremely well built, high-end furniture and this piece is no exception. It is really nice and actually in pretty good shape for being as old as it is. Unfortunately it's missing the original knobs which I'm pretty sure were brass which would explain why someone took them. I just added the black knobs to make it easier to open and close. I did some research on it (not too much though) and I couldn't find the exact piece even with the numbers on the back, from what I can tell it's part of a set or series from the early 80s. I can say that the pieces in that set that look similar are going for a few hundred dollars on the minimum, as I said this is high-end furniture. All I've done since I've had it aside from putting the 3 knobs on is clean it really well and then polished it. The piece measures 17" X 26" X17" which would be a really nice small TV stand or night table. I was thinking about making it a small liquor cabinet, adding a skeleton key lock, a light on the inside, glass rack and possibly a USB port as I like to redo furniture in my spare time. I just don't have any place to really put it in my small apartment. With that said I am in no rush to sell it so I will not accept any lowball offers the price you see is firm as I said a lot of these are going for way more than what I'm listing this at. As corny as it sounds I would like just to see this piece go to a nice home where someone can appreciate it. I know sometimes it's best to keep a piece original especially one that's high-end like this one but at the same time I understand making it more personal for someone or myself. Especially if you plan to keep it so if you would like a lock, a light or really anything added just ask as I will do the install for a small fee otherwise it's ready to go as is.
