This company needs a one star rating. They really don’t need no stars. This is one horrible, horrible car dealership. This company is out here taking advantage of our senior citizens My 76 year old  mother-in-law just purchase a vehicle from them. Haven’t even had the vehicle for two months in within 2 to 3 days of having the vehicle the check engine light comes on Mind You before pulling off with the vehicle it was already sounding funny when we test Drove it, We explain to the dealership this vehicle is having problems. The RPM is going way over five. It sounds like it’s out of gear The salesman kept on insisting the vehicle is perfectly fine. This is a good running vehicle and there’s nothing wrong with it lies. Then when she called back up there after the check engine light comes on They told her to take it to a mechanic. She took it to a transmission mechanic who let her know that is definitely the transmission, she let the car dealership know what the mechanic said after having multipoint inspection done on the vehicle The dealership told her to bring it back up there. She takes it up there then calls up there the next day for them to tell her she can’t get the Car back mind you She is caught up on her payments and got receipts to prove it. These people have stolen from her. They have took advantage of her and they are out here scamming the elderly and we need someone to look into this.. we will make reports to channel 2, FOX 5 whatever it is TikTok and YouTube so this can Bring awareness everywhere…

I am writing about my experience here at CARSRUS......, I am a single parent & was VERY skeptical about financing a used vehicle especially from a "Buy here Pay here" lot; but Ahmad is the real MVP!
Ahmad was knowledgeable & honest with me once I was honest with him about my budget for down payment.
He showed me the best options & was very trustworthy, compassionate, & honest. Ahmad even asked his boss about an oil change & detailing on an "As Is" vehicle before I left. I'm scheduled to get the Oil change Monday.
Also all vehicles on the lot come with a engine & transmission warranty.
If you have credit challenges or just lack a large down payment but need something reliable to be rolling through the "A"
PLEASE run to visit AHMAD don't walk, he is more than a car salesman, he'll treat you like a family member!

Absolutely scam shop and down right predator business practices. Do not and i repeat do not step foot in this dealership unless you want to lose your money. Nothing they say is true. They are sloppy with their documentation. The warranty work is performed by the shade tree mechanic they hired. Not to mention the staff has zero customer service experience and talk to people crazy.

Purchased my car a few weeks ago. Denise was helpful in finding me a car that worked with the money I had for downpayment and provided great customer service. What took the longest was the insurance and that was my fault cause I didn’t start getting no quotes till I was there to buy the car.

Just purchased a car from them a October 8 I was paying 175 a week all of my payments was on time I double the payment in one week and they still took my car the day before I needed to make a payment on that Thursday. They are scammers to me I asked could I go and make a payment on the same day That need to be made and they said no I need to pay $14,000 for a 2011 Toyota Camry I left cars r us and their was no oil in the car The same day the check engine light came on Denise was perfect. She got me in and out but I did not know this was gonna come about. The tow truck was at my job I did not know it was for me because my payments was caught up when I woke up the next morning to take my children to school. My vehicle was gone. Please be aware of this place. They said they’ll help you when you come in but in the end, they just wanna get a quick thousand dollars and pick the vehicle up like you didn’t make not one payment.
