In near perfect condition, no rips, no tears, no stains and from a smoke free, pet free, kid free home. No sign of wear and all padding is firm and comfortable. You wont be disappointed. It is a light brown with specs. It was hardly used in our spare room, retail was $700.00 asking $210.00. The sofa was originally purchases from Bob's discount furniture. This is not a sofa bed. Measurements are on the pictures.
