Brand new! Used it for the summer last year before I got my actual ac installed. Works REALLY well for both cooling and heating! Bought it originally for $700 at Lowe’s. It has sat in the garage 3 quarters of the year. All pieces still available. In amazing conditioned. Hardly used for a few short months.
