Still not happy, I have been there at least 6 times for this issue and now they say they need the vehicle again for a full day and I’ve been some days for many hours with no fix yet. I think a computer need to be replaced but the cost to Chrysler or Ram or Fiat is an issue. That’s not my problem. This is a custom van that cost 147,000 dollars so I don’t care about the company’s cost! You’re people are very nice but that’s not fixing my van!

Great experience from and honest service department!  I took my 2020 RAM 1500 in for regular service and asked to have the exhaust checked.  Another local dealer had told me I needed the entire system replaced for roughly $2,200.  Conway RAM looked at it and told me I only needed the manifolds replaced as they were cracked.  I was then told this would be covered under the powertrain warranty!  I would highly recommend this dealership for service, they are honest and do good work, and the also saved me $2,200!

Cory was the Service Advisor at Conway Dealership.  I came in for an oil change and  Maintenance check, just before the holiday.   Unfortunately I had to leave before checking that my windshield fluid was showing low.   I sent a text to Kory, he reassured me that they hold the staff at high standard and I was to bring it back for a multipoint check at no charge.
I was impressed with the patience in dealing with many calls and people waiting on the Friday when I first came in.  When I went back all handled in short order.  I felt that they all in that department were putting their all into the job.
