$50 till Monday hoping to get it out before it goes into storage. Bed only. The highly versatile, infinitely hackable Solid Wood IKEA Kura, great for children and adults. Has most recently been sleeping a 6’ 175lb teen with storage underneath, dorm style. A couple of easy “hacks” are mattress underneath, plywood in the top for a playspace (never step on a Lego again!), sleep on top with play area or fort underneath, bunks for small children … A person can buy the “Lyngor” mattress base from ikea and attach this on top for more options. Search “Hack Kura Bed” for an overwhelming number of options. Panels are white on one side blue on the other and take peel and stick wallpaper well. One post is replaced with metal for added strength. There are the usual cosmetic defects, but bed is structurally sound. Lots more at this address (including mattresses and the storage cubes that were underneath) because we are swapping all the beds to full size and clearing out the kid stuff. Not all is listed on this platform because listing takes so much time, search “wallaby” elsewhere for more listings at this address.
