Description

1995 Coleman Destiny Rio Grande Pop-Up Camper/Trailer up for sale, make me an offer! This is a good solid project camper, but needs a good bit of work, I bought this off a friend with the intentions of doing a full restoration; however, I'm already remodeling a house and just don't have time to work on it so it's just taking up space on my property. Most of the electrical works and AC STILL BLOWS ICE COLD! Known issues: • Canvas is in rough shape, but useable - I patched all the bigger holes (I believe replacement canvas is ~$1400 from what I've researched) ○ There's some old wood rot under the shell/top - front canvas rail has fallen off due to this, wood will need to be mended/replaced so the front canvas rail/bracket can be reinstalled and canvas re-attached (see photos) - the outer shell was patched and doesn't appear to be leaking anymore but the rot remains. • Driver side tail light lens broke and fell off - you can get these tail light units on amazon for pretty cheap. • Front storage Bin lid fiberglass has deteriorated and is cracked - I've seen that a lot of people remove the storage been completely and just bolt on an aftermarket bin to the tralier frame. • Interior is not the prettiest, but totally serviceable. Mattress pads are in surprisingly good condition. • Tires hold air fine, but should be replaced soon. If you're handy and have a good space to work on this thing, it could make a great project camper, especially if you can source a replacement canvas - there are multiple companies that retrofit these. I will entertain ALL OFFERS! Thanks for looking!
