I used it twice, once with each cleaner to try both types, it works fine, and the cordless feature and charging base is super convenient as well as how light it is (my parents are getting up there in age so I consider these things when I get stuff like this) but my house is almost 100% carpet besides the entrance there where I took the pic and the bathrooms. But it really goes to waste here, someone with kids and pets and a lot of hardwood or tile square footage (hard surfaces in general, but it does area rugs too) would definitely benefit from this. Since I bought it it has just sat there looking nice and pretty and all but that's ab it, I'm willing to negotiate on the price but it's ab $300 on their website still, of course I don't expect that as it's used, but if you're serious about buying it and have a price in mind don't hesitate to ask. It has all the items it comes with minus the spare filter, my brother's dog chewed it up, tbh I was glad somebody got some kind of use or satisfaction out of it finally lol.
