Everything is tested and working great! I swapped the original disc drive for a working one. Runs perfect. Reads discs without issues whatsoever. The only issue (non mechanically) is that one of the screws from the bottom of the shell of the console was stripped badly, so I had to break a piece of the shell to get to it. Please see the last pictures. I also cleaned all the dust from inside. So it's running extra smoothly. *Missing stylus* $200
