5th wheel camper that needs some tlc. Has been lived in for 2yrs. No leaks, slides do work but haven’t been used in the past 2yrs. Main awning still good, back two could be replaced. Appliances work and AC blows cold and operates as it should. Has a soft spot that will need addressed under the main AC on the floor in the kitchen. Coil sweat and was dripping causing the floor to get wet. But all in all good for camping, a hunting camper, or modernize it and travel with it. Reasonable offers accepted
