Vintage Cane Webbing Banker’s Chair

Beautiful vintage bankers chair in great condition. We’ve done a lot of research on this one. While we can’t find an example just like it, there are some with the same iron work that come close. This chair has more cane webbing than other samples we’ve found and that in itself makes it valuable. This sweet little chair has sat in my garage, covered and wrapped for fear of my toddler destroying the cane. I had plans to fix her up, sand her down and re-poly her. But the idea of sanding away her history hurts me. So, she deserves to be in a home that will adore her. The base swivels and has gorgeous heavy iron work. At the height of the swivel (see video) the seat sits at 17.5 inches. The back goes up to 38 inches. The cane is in amazing condition with no tears or holes.
