You will love the quality and detail. I paid 5k, plus $1000 in alterations. I’m asking $5000 I do not have the sleeves. Dress only! Alterations Altered to my measurements: This dress is a size 14 label. I’m 5”4 and it was altered to wear 2 inch heels. 36 inch bust. I wear a 34 D in Victorias Secrets Bras. 29 inch waist 41 Hips An American bustle was added as well. It was only taken in a bit at the bust, hemmed to my height and bustle added.
