Camping trailer for sale Everything worked 3 years ago but it has been parked ever since. We remodeled most everything, never finished mostly cosmetic. I reupholstered the jackknife sofa and we put new tires back then they have about 50 miles on the but have been in the sun. We took it camping a couple times but not nearly as often as anticipated so it is very much dusty. The trailer has had a leak from rain in the past, dried out, and then covered since then. No visible mold or smells. The roof needs a coat of liquid rubber/silicone as it has aged in the sun.
