I have these they're still in very good condition they're from 1944 when the war was going on I believe they were stamps and you were able to purchase certain things during the war it's a very good piece of History to have and there's four books in total and I even have included the individuals that on these books with the electricity bill and a gas bill which was in 1944 was $1.80 crazy huh but one postage is dated 1944 and the other one is dated 1948 so if you're interested in a piece of American history shoot me your offer and please no low ballers this is straight a piece of American history
