Description

I bought this boat 3 years ago with the thought of getting into sailing, however it never really happened. So I have decided it’s time to find an owner who really wants to sail this gem. This is a swing keel sailboat. 25’ long. The boat has berths for 5 people and a pop top that provides 6’ headroom in the main cabin. The boat come with a main, jib and Genoa sails. It also has a 6hp Johnson motor. 2 year old, Renogy Deep Cycle AGM Battery 12 Volt 100Ah. Interior cushion covers have been redone. I have replaced all electrical and added new lighting on the inside of the boat as well as new LED lights on the exterior. I have added a new electrical panel as well. Also redid the wood trim around the hatch. When I bought the boat it had only been used in freshwater. I planned on taking in the Sound and had the bottom of the boat cleaned with 2 coats of anti fouling paint. This was done with the purpose of keeping in a slip, however it never happened due to the current wait list here. So the paint should be good for 2-3 years if kept in salt water year round. This was around $2500 alone. I paid $5k for the boat and with the work that has been done the price is fair. So no low ball offers. I will not be able to take out on the water but can get the engine running and you can evaluate the boat and sails as needed. Reach out with any questions. I am lowering the price to $3500 until the end of October to try and sell before winter. Listing will be removed after. Price is firm, this is a great deal for this boat. Thanks
