It was a great experience. The staff at Dutton Motor Company - Riverside met our needs, they were terrific!  Especially, Luis Lopez, Sales Consultant.  He made us feel like we know each other for years.   While we spent time getting to know each other, he listen to our needs and what vehicle we wanted to purchase.  He did not pressure us to look at other vehicles on the lot.  We came to the dealership prepared. We knew what vehicle we were purchasing, we had already been pre-qualified with GM Financial, how much the fees were, we did our homework. No haggling, no pressure. We are so excited with our new truck - GMC Canyon!!

He is an amazing car salesman!  He puts to rest any/all “thoughts” one might have!  He was consistent- but not pushy!  He was knowledgeable, and when he didn’t know… he would go find the answer!  He made the process easy, quick, and ensured that I was heard!  He understood what I wanted and delivered!

This was our first time shopping at Dutton Buick. My wife and I went to closer dealerships (near Fontana) and didn’t have such a welcoming experience. We called ahead and spoke to Luis Lopez about a truck we had in mind and he assured us, he had the truck and was ready to test drive it.

Upon arrival, I had already reviewed and learned quite a bit about the truck (2025 GMC Sierra Denali EV) but was throughly impressed by how much more Luis knew about the vehicle. As we test drove it, we were all in constant conversation about the truck and it just felt like a ride with friends. After that of course the fun starts and here is what stood out to my wife and I: the class. No arguing, pissed off looks or drama. We were offered refreshments every ten minutes, big smiles and just positive energy that we could make this deal happen!

And that’s what we did. I was able to get my dream truck with the help of Luis who was absolutely excellent in communication and urgency; He introduced us to Rudy and Therese who also made our experience wonderful and quick. We cannot thank Dutton enough for the class, respect and communication through this process. We will definitely be back!
