Fairly new, bought under 1 year ago. Couch & chair w/ ottoman. We live on the third floor, NO ELEVATOR, 2 flights of stairs. We do not deliver. Please bring help to move the furniture as we will be unable to assist. You will need a pickup truck or a larger truck/car. CASH ONLY. Paid 2k for all three items, asking for $500 (negotiable). First come first serve, looking to get rid of them by the end of the month. Have no kids or pets, non smoke
