My dream car is now MY car!!

I have just had one of the BEST car buying experiences ever. Working with the guys over at SAO has been smooth and seamless. From the time we called, to how we were greeted, to the financial process, to the follow up, to them driving my new car to my home in CT and picking up my old car for the trade in. Fantastic. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!  Do not doubt the excellent deals you see on their website. They are legit. For those saying they were charged more, they did not read the disclaimer right on the price on the website that says “assumes $3,995 down payment”. They reminded us that as soon as we started talking financials. (We were already aware of it, so it was no surprise to us). We are already planning on going there first when my husband is ready to trade in his car.  So do yourself a favor: go check them out. You will NOT be disappointed. Ask for Dewan to help you with your dream car and Al over at financial and you will be on the road to something amazing!

The overall experience was positive and enjoyable.  The process was smooth and efficient, making the car buying experience much less stressful than anticipated.  I appreciate the time and effort Julio put into making this happen. Julio were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and he were always available to assist me.  His expertise made the decision-making process much easier. I was really interested in buying a car while I was driving around the neighborhood. I saw this dealership online listed as the most closest location near me. Reviewers… I must say compared to many dealerships in queens, this is one of the most efficient and hardworking dealership I have seen. The staff is very patient and enthusiastic about their customers leaving with a car. My mans, Tamer, who is one of the sales associate there, had a very positive attitude, very attentive and quick!!! If you guys need help, HES THE GUY!! I went inside and spent about an hour and left with this beauty. Highly recommended!!!!

Nelson did it again. My husband wanted to get something new and Nelson was so professional in helping us trade in our Honda Pilot and helped my husband get into the car he wanted. The staff was so helpful and they are so friendly. And what was great was that they remembered my face since I bought my first car there in Feb. The process again was smooth and easy...truly my husband and I appreciate you all. We love our new 2023 Ford Explorer. Huge hands up for Nelson and his team. God Bless !!!!
