Very rare toy hauler for sale. This is not a typical lightweight toy hauler that they are making today this is a heavy duty fairly heavy trailer for what it is. That being said it's very Stout and will last a very long time. It's a 2004 work and play toy hauler 18LT by Forest River. Looks like a traditional enclosed trailer but on the interior it's fully self-contained. It has heating air conditioning hot water heater electric and gas refrigerator electric and gas microwave I believe a 35 gallon freshwater tank 25 black 25 Gray. The flooring is newer laminate style I just had the couches reupholstered several years ago new faucet and sink in the bathroom new shower head in the bathroom new faucet in the kitchen brand new hot water heater just had the roof sealed and air conditioning everything works as it should. If you're looking to put toys in here the tailgate is 76 in. tall 78 in. between the fenders and 10 ft 10 in. to the front wall. I've hauled three dirt bikes in here or my full size Harley not sure if a two-seater side by side would fit in here. This is a fairly heavy trailer you would need a half ton truck to tow with it I would not recommend a smaller truck than that I towed it with my Gladiator it did it but it was not happy towed it with my Grand Cherokee it did it but was not happy only reason I'm selling it is to buy a lighter trailer that I can tow with either my Gladiator or my Grand Cherokee.
