1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Mechanic’s Special. Engine might be due for a rebuild hence it burns 1 quart of oil every 250 miles. Transmission might be due for a rebuild too hence it had lots of metal shavings when changed the transmission fluid and filter at 280,000 miles. Needs a new alternator too since the battery does all the hard of keeping it electricly running. Needs a new set of rear ABS wheel speed sensors since I couldn’t replace them due to the wheel hub in the way. Also has a coolant leak/overheating problem, not sure if it’s the thermostat, water pump, or coolant reservoir. Serpentine belt is good, but needs be tightened since the screw mechanism for the power steering reservoir is missing and that it is responsible for keeping the belt. Other than that through out the years that I’ve owned it, it was used as a winter beater and did great in the snow, all though it wasn’t the most reliable vehicle that I owned for what I paid for it 5 1/2 years ago. The good stuff: Front tires are almost new hence having about 8/32 of tread left all though being 6 years old. Has new air filter, copper spark plugs, and front wheel ABS sensors. The car was also cleaned up 1 day before making this listing. Almost forgot to mention: Might need a new passenger side outer tie rod since since the castle nut doesn’t tighten up all the way and it’s not safe to drive at 55+ MPH all though I use a cotter pin to keep it in place. And it has an electrical problem where the door chime goes off when you open the front driver side, but don’t have the keys in the ignition nor have the headlights on, also the hatch is jammed shut.
