I own a fully equipped cabinet and millwork shop in SeaTac and I’m looking for an experienced production partner to build this business with me from the ground up. Minimal or No capital investment required from you This is not an hourly or salaried position. This is a true partnership opportunity with equity for someone who wants to co-build a company and benefit directly from the success we create. WHAT I BRING: • Fully equipped shop (7,000+ sq. ft.) • Existing capital for materials and operations • Over $100,000 in Machines, tools, and production space • Business structure already set up • Sales, marketing, estimating, and client management • Operations, scheduling, purchasing, budgeting • Responsibility for securing new projects WHAT YOU BRING: • Strong production experience • Ability to build complete kitchens, vanities, closets, custom cabinets • Deep industry knowledge, materials, finishing, hardware, workflow • Ability to manage the shop and develop efficient production systems • Ability to train and supervise workers as the business grows • Understanding of quality control and deadlines • Professional reliability and commitment to partnership EQUITY STRUCTURE: I am offering equity in the business for the right partner. Equity percentage will depend on your experience, involvement, and what you bring to the partnership.
