I have a 2006 trail manor for sale. We got it cause of its functionality and ability to store in our garage but we realized we would like a full sized trailer! So up for sale! Fridge works on battery, plug in, and propane) Stove works All lights work and converted to led. Water heater and water pump work. Works as it should 2 queen bed and a table that folds into a full. Has brand new tires as of last year. Toes flawlessly just did a week trip down to oregon with no issues. NO LEAKS NO SOFT SPOTS. It does need some love to make it perfect. Toilet does not work (or I don’t know how to work it) never bothered us cause we always had somewhere else to go. Ac was removed by previous owner. ( hole is covered but I recommend just buying a new unit for it.) The door needs to be looked at. You can get it to lock but does not close easily. There is a spot where the paint is rubbed off on the front. There is a heater but never used it so I don’t know if it works. Weighs 2498 lb with 320 on the tongue Will take pictures this weekend of the interior. But no rips in the beds or cushions.
