As a buyer coming from 500 miles away in San Jose, the experience and honesty and support from Zach and his dealership team was PHENOMENAL. Those 1 star reviews are not only outdated, but not even in the same world of great service Zach provides now. I bought a used car from him which was not inly as described perfectly, but even when we facetimed to verify everything.  The numbers were not altered there were no hidden fees or hassle, and he answered my myriad of questions!

He even worked out the deal to help me out and provided beyond expectations.

This would my 13th car purchase in my life and I have never been more satisfied with a purchase. Zach is one of the most down to earth sales people I have ever met. You'll get exactly what you put out, come in with reason and understanding you'll get some of the best customer service around. Come in with entitlement and being unreasonable you'll probably want to go somewhere else. Flew in from Arizona to pick up a car that was exactly as advertised.

I purchased my Toyota C-HR 2020 from them on 4/17/2025 and Zach was very informative about what I was getting. Their whole team was extremely helpful I'm grateful for Roger and Victor as well. I had a problem that almost cost me $2k and they fixed it by just tightening a bolt. I will always sing their praises. 🥰

Zack and he’s partner are great. They explain me everything about the car and my operation for buy it. They are very honest and transparent in the process.I bought a great Honda Clarity at great price and discount and they help me with the rebate. Two great guys run this business.

Bought a nice slightly used F 250 Lifted last Saturday.  Was there and was a bit busy, but Zach was very helpful and honest.  Traded my out my old truck and the price was not bad at all.  I tried going to bigger dealerships and they want everything including the kicthen  sink.  I never shopped at smaller dealers, but Hermosa Motors changed my mind.  If I ever need another vehicle I am going back and do business.  I recommend that when you are ready to buy a used car or truck make sure you have a decent credit and money to back up your purchase, don't get in overhead and do your research.  Remember you still have to pay your car payment, gas, and insurace every month so that 200 becomes 500 a month payment.
