The service center at AutoNation Hyundai did well in caring for our vehicle. The staff and manger are friendly and informative. They show you what the recommendations that your auto needs and give options to choose from. They also gave us a loaner vehicle while we waited for our car to get fixed under warranty. Vanessa, Christian, Steve and Ramon all helped us over the last few months from service to warranty work and were excellent at their jobs in caring for our needs. I will continue to go here for our Hyundai service and repairs.

I had a most positive experience yesterday regarding a warranty repair dispute on my Santa Fe with the relatively new General Manager Mr. Chase Noriega. It was not a lot of money disputed but I was not feeling good about the contested billing. Chase made the time to listen carefully to my concerns and resolve the matter to my complete satisfaction. The team here is FANTASTIC. I had a unique situation in making an out-of-state purchase, and Marcel walked me through step-by-step the process with much patience and kindness. Once at the dealership, I met with Cody in finance who helped wrap me up, and in a short time I was out the door with my new Ioniq 6.

And by the way, the car is exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and more. Always impressed with Hyundai's engineering and design.

Overall a wonderful experience!

I took my car in for its first service after buying it new. I also had a rattle in the dash that they confirmed and ordered a new part for. The oil change and service went very well. Everything was very professional however they had my car. For 10 days. The part I am not happy with is that I have beautiful white seats in my car And I take very good car of my car and there was no protection, covering the seats or floor as they were working on it. when I went to go get personal items out of my car, there were sharp Objects and tools and my entire dash was all over my beautiful white seats. Vanessa was very professional with the communication with me and I was able to have a loaner while my car was being worked on, however I have six seats because I need to use them for grandchildren . I was only provided with a five seater car And was not able to go anywhere because I did not have enough seats for the kids.

I needed to replace my older car which had limited technology. My search took about 3 months, looking for a vehicle with reliability, comfort, and affordability. Because I had been searching, my computer would list available cars as new listing each day.

This review is not about the car but it is more the experience I had with AutoNation Hyundai Carlsbad.  My search was deciding between used Lexus RX, Lexus ES sedan, or Toyota Avalon.

When I saw online that AutoNation Hyundai Carlsbad had a used RX on their lot, I went down just to drive and decide if it would be a good fit for me.

I was dreading the whole idea of how exhausting it is getting another car. From the minute I arrived, I felt relaxed and no pressure. William helped me take a test drive , showed me the features, and I continued to feel relaxed and able to process without any pressure. The price they were asking was competitive, especially since this was an 8 year old Lexus that was like a brand new car inside and out.

I left the dealer after driving just to weigh if this was the right car for me. I talked to an expert on this model car to see if there were any open recalls .I also talked to my family member who had the same year and model of RX before I made my decision. I couldn't pass it up but mostly I chose this car at this dealership because I really appreciated William who was helping me find the right car and not try to push me into it. The details of how we agreed on down payment, whether I wanted to pay cash or loan, was professionally and expertly handled by Shawn, the finance manager. Justin Beck, the GM was down to earth and effectively helped work out the details over the authority of his staff. I felt they all went well beyond customer service. They helped facilitate getting my new Lexus home as I had driven my own car in and wasn't trading it in but wanted to keep it. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car from this same dealership with the same staff as they give their dealership the name it deserves.
