Description

Hat was used as a Halloween prop for my son when he was the man with the yellow hat (Theodore "Ted" Shackleford) from curious George. This is for only the hat. Elastic has been pulled and could use to be replaced. See pictures. This is not a functioning hat. It’s more of a prop. Since my son refused to wear the hat, we just use the elastic to hang it on the back of his neck. If you are willing to have it shipped in a plastic envelope happy to reduce price on shipping before you purchase, but you assume any risk of hat getting damaged .
