We ordered a prox truss that originally had a shipping issue but Hollywood DJ came to the rescue and arranged for it to still arrive in time for our event.. we had great and very personal customer service which was a relief especially in our circumstance to not have to deal with ai prompts for getting to the right department etc. handled with the needed speed and efficiency so that we didn’t have to rent last minute gear bc of shipment delay. The truss itself is a game changer, felt super stable with really easy set up and take down. We bought primarily for a monthly pop-up where portability is important and though only our first use, it seems to be punching above its price point in quality and ease of use.. we added a few tube lights and couple wash and a bunch of inflatable bubbles haha but hope to keep finding creative more ways to use it. The crank lift is great for attaching everything without ladder and lifting to desired height once everything is plugged in and on.
