This is new and barely even sat on. It pulls out into a sleeper that I bought twin sheets for but never ended up using. Bought for $235 and put it together for someone who didn’t end up needing it. Asking for $60 cash. Comes with two matching pillows. It’s also a 4 in 1 convertible sofa, so the head rest adjusts up into a chase. See pictures. 38 inches wide, 16.6 inches high seat with 27 inch high back, 27 inches deep (comes out from wall) Sleeper is 70 inches wide Home is pet free, smoke free, and there are no rips, tears, or stains.
