I recently had a fantastic experience at Jidd Motors Body Shop, and I can't recommend them highly enough! After purchasing my Mercedes, which was still under factory warranty, I encountered some wiring issues and had christmas lights on dashboard..Unfortunately, the Mercedes service center denied my claim, citing "outside influence," Rotten damage and charged me $678 just for a diagnosis. They estimated the repair would cost around in between $2500 to $5,000, which was overwhelming.
Feeling stuck, I reached out to Jidd Motors, where I originally bought my car. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Ahmad, the manager of the body shop. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through the issues with my car. His genuine care for his customers was evident, and he kept in touch with me every step of the way. Gave his personal number and kept in touch with me for two weeks until we figured options…Who does that in todays world, i have met very few genuine people who really cares about their customers and concerns, he is one of them.

Not only did Ahmad and his team ( Ali, Clint, Briana ) fix my car, but they also saved me a significant amount of money compared to what I would have paid at the Mercedes service center. In my 10 years in Chicago, I have never encountered such dedicated and compassionate service.

This is for Brianna. She booked me an appointment and mentioned VIP package is cancelled but since I was not aware she will accept me this one time. Here I am with 2 kids on hot sunny day taking 1 hour from my work and driving 30min to hear that this won’t be honored. I didn’t even argue why vip package is being cancelled, service for which I pre paid but I didn’t eve argue about it. Either way this aside, last time whne I got detailing done they did a sloppy job and then manager told me being it in next time and we will take care and now there is no next time. Guy named Ali tried to help but idk if he really tried much. So 1 star and never buying anything from Jidd again

My car got hit and I went there to get it fixed. They did any an amazing job and they detailed the inside and out. I would go there again. The staff were very friendly and  accommodating.
