The vinyl from outside is in good shape, no rips or tears One of the corners from the outside leaks water. Needs right side stop light The small door needs new locking mechanism . You do need a lever to raise it up. I use a plier to raise it up. from inside some parts of the fabric need to be worked on as seen on the pictures. 955 pounds No DMV fees are owed.
