I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Ford F-150 from Brown Brothers Automotive. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and I had a lot of questions throughout the process. The team was patient, professional, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to explain everything, worked with me to find financing that fit my budget, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.
I'm very happy with my truck and appreciate the excellent customer service. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle and a dealership that treats you with respect, I'd definitely recommend giving Brown Brothers Automotive a look.

I had the best experience here on 6/11/2026 I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima low miles great price I’m so happy with my purchase If only they would had filled my gas tank 😁 they were great people go check them out

I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance from this dealership on July 14, 2026 (Stock #BB8649, ~80,000 miles). I'm sharing the facts of my experience so other buyers can judge for themselves.

Within hours of driving off the lot, I confirmed the center touchscreen has yellow discoloration and banding around its perimeter. On a Tesla, that screen is the only display in the car speedometer, gear indicator, warnings, defroster controls all live on it. This defect was never disclosed to me before the sale, and the defect-disclosure section of my purchase agreement where Arizona law requires dealers to list known problems in writing if they want you to waive them reads "N/A." When I called about it, I was told the dealership would not fix it and did not have to disclose it.

Before the sale, the salesperson agreed in writing to repair the defective windshield wipers. That repair was never performed. The car's own maintenance screen also showed multiple overdue service items at delivery, which I photographed.

What I want other buyers to know: Arizona law (A.R.S. § 44-1267) gives you an implied warranty on a dealer-sold used car for 15 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first and it cannot be waived except for specific defects disclosed on the first page of your contract, signed before the sale. Before you buy here or anywhere: read that section of your paperwork, photograph the touchscreen and every maintenance item, and get every single promise in writing. In my experience at this dealership, verbal assurances meant nothing once the papers were signed.

Based on my transaction, my opinion is that this dealership does not stand behind what it sells. I have had to send formal legal notice under Arizona's used-car warranty statute just to seek repair of an undisclosed defect and a repair they had already promised in writing. The facility itself was in poor condition during my visit, and staff I spoke with repeatedly told me they "just work here" and couldn't answer basic questions.

I would not buy from this dealership again, and I'd encourage anyone who does to document everything from the moment they walk in.

I called about a truck I saw online and talked with Gavin the sales guy and he answered all my questions. Went in to check out my truck and took a test drive and from there it was a wrap. Came back to take care of the details with the check and asked for a few things I wanted done to the truck, which really was more than a lot but hey they took care of me. Appreciate it the realness of this care lot.

I found the car I was looking for at a great price. Hector went above and beyond to help me out, and it was a really easy buying experience. No hassles. Totally straightforward and simple. And I'm loving my new car! Thanks so much
