The Chalet is in great condition having been stored in a garage for its entire life. Exterior frame has been repainted to keep rock chips or other small damage from generating any rust or corrosion. Features of the Chalet include a 16,000 BTU furnace, 6 gallon water heater, 15 gallon fresh water tank, outdoor shower, air conditioning, LED lighting, a ceiling vent fan, and 3 way 3.1 cf fridge/freezer. I put on new wheels and tires in 2022 and installed a new battery in 2023. I have had no problems with the Chalet, but am selling to shift to a larger A Frame camper.
