Description

Has good tires with a spare. Tows nice! Been sitting at a storage unit since 1994 was left in the process of being gutted. The roof vents dry rotted and have not been there for many years so the inside is rotted out including the barely existing floors. But the all aluminum siding and solid aluminum I-beam studs and roof trusses are a perfect skeleton ready for a complete remodel. I have the title and I'm very motivated to GIVE AWAY due to lack of space and Lake County wanting to ticket me excessive amounts of money!!!Message me with any questions or for address to come take it away. It's worth a couple hundred dollars in aluminum scrap if tore down correctly and would make a nice flat bed trailer.
