Ken was so amazing! We bought a car from here in September and it's been great! We went in with the price we could afford and he didn't make us haggle at all, even included taxes and fees so we could walk out the door with our price! Awesome people here. Have been a customer for years with multiple vehicles bought. Ken, Derrick, and the rest of the staff is top notch. Recently the mechanic thoroughly checked under the hood and discovered during my last oil change at an oil change shop, the wrong oil filter was installed which gave me all kinds of headaches with the dashboard oil pressure light constantly ringing. Correct part ordered and installed! Hats off to a job well done!

I bought a used car from this dealership last year. I only drive on weekends, but on the very first weekend, I noticed one of the headlights wasn’t working. I figured it was just one of those things. After a year, I took the car in for inspection. Despite having driven only 1,000 miles, the other repair shop told me that the tires were totally worn out, the accelerator was in terrible condition, and of course half the headlights didn’t work. The car failed inspection, and I had to pay over $1,000 for repairs.

The repair shop told me the tires and the accelerator must have been in this terrible condition from the start. I seriously wonder how they managed to pass this car through inspection when I bought it. The repair company also told me, “This is a complete scam. You occasionally see this kind of thing with bad companies in the U.S.”

So, I recommend not buying a car from this dealership. You’ll end up with a vehicle in appalling condition. They even told me the tires were about to come off and that I could have died if things had gone wrong. It’s absolutely outrageous. I’m considering suing this company.

To be fair, the employees who sold me the car were friendly and seemed like good people. I don’t think they are the problem. But buying a car from this place is a huge mistake.
