Looking for a private lender to possibly help me get my head above water. Hi my name is Rachael and I’m drowning in debt and living in my home that needs repairs. I have done everything I could think of to try to get a loan through a bank but as fate has it I don’t have perfect credit and no co signers, the people I could of had a co signer passed away. I have my house that is a mobile home . When I say I’m drowning in debt, I don’t mean on my credit report, what I mean is I have overdue bills that is substantial. Electric, water, lot rent.
