Description

This is a USED furniture set that includes a chair and ottoman from Benchmark from Ashley Furniture (SKU: OBO-270C.) This set was purchased at American Furniture Warehouse and is now discontinued. The chair alone originally retailed at $245, but given that there are blemishes (please see photos, to include the armrest and tops of cushions.) Some blemishes are barely seen, but the most “standout” flaw is the armrest. Comes from a smoke free home. The blemish on the armrest was unfortunately from a curious puppy… 😅 I’m letting this go, as it no longer fits my space! Cushions are still firm and not sunken in. Chair dimensions: W: 38 inches, D: 36 inches, H: 36 inches Ottoman dimensions: W: 34 inches, D: 24 inches, H: 17 inches
