I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership. Less than two weeks after the purchase, the car broke down completely and has not been drivable since. Despite this being a serious issue with a car that was just sold to me, no one from your team has made any genuine effort to help me fix the problem, or even follow up.

From the moment I handed over my money, I was met with nothing but broken promises and lies. You assured me the vehicle was in good condition, yet clearly it was not. Not only did the car break down almost immediately, but your team was also unable to get it running again—even after I contacted you. You took my money and left me stranded, both literally and figuratively.

This entire experience has felt like a scam. You sold me a car you knew had issues, and once the transaction was complete, you completely washed your hands of any responsibility. That is dishonest, unethical, and completely unacceptable. You are taking advantage of customers, and I believe it is important that people know the truth about how you operate.

To anyone considering buying from this dealership: don’t be fooled. They are crooks and scammers, and once they have your money, you won’t hear from them again—especially when things go wrong.
