I have this love seat and arm chair set. The over all structure of the pieces are in hood shape. The fabric is in good shape and the cushions have alit of life in them. Please note the leather part does have a few scuffs and small tears as seen in the pictures. Over all these have some good years left in them. They have been cleaned and sanitized for next person. 50 obo
