First off, wigs are expensive...lemme tell you... As I said above, these were used on mannequins. I owned a large funky boutique/vintage store (closed a year ago) for years. I had a lot of mannequins to dress up! Although these were used for mannequins, the buyer can use for whatever they want...costumes, Halloween, themselves, cross dressing, and/or whatever!
