Probably my favorite couch I've owned. It sits deep so just laying on the couch has plenty of room if you needed to, plus it folds out to a flat top bed, not a pullout, so it's even better. And it has internal storage just by lifting up the front handle. I would love to keep it but supposed to be moving soon and there's no room I believe we paid around $950 or so for it and have kept it in pristine condition. We are extremely clean and hygenically sound people, I always had a sheet on it and never had any pets or anything like that on the couch. We are located right outside of ocean beach, on West Point Loma boulevard, 92107
