I called to purchase a Mach e and I told the sales guy I wasn’t interested in a lease and I was still pushed for that option “to keep my payment down”. I had 10k cash and wanted to buy it at the best price no BS. FOUR different salesmen called me even after I said I’ll be doing business elsewhere. I have Kendall a price and where I needed to be no BS and done. Their sales tactics are horrible. Listen to your customers and don’t pressure. You can educate without pure pressure.

I wasn't planning to buy a new vehicle, but sometimes our plans don't quite work out the way we expect. I had been curious about an electric vehicle so I wanted to go look for myself and maybe even drive one. What I found was a very warm and friendly staff that happily greeted me and was able to answer all my questions. After a test drive, I was sold. So we made the deal. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they did the very next day. Outstanding service!
Update; 3 weeks of driving the best vehicle I've ever owned, no comparison, there was a fault and the adaptive driving stopped working. I call Ford Technology and they were able to run the VIN and see what the code was. I was able to get the truck into the shop, they gave me a loaner, and my truck was ready to pick up the next day. Sure, it was somewhat of an inconvenience, but the folks here made it extremely pleasant. High praise to Frankie, Christian, and Brian.

Went in knowing exactly  what I wanted. Paying cash. Worked with Jared. No pressure. No upselling. No BS. Got my yard F150 with less miles than advertised but for the advertised price. We will be going back in a couple months to have Jared sell us a new Explorer for the wife.

This was as hassle free as it gets. I ordered a ford Maverick, which is an extremely hot commodity. They’re hard to come by and especially at MSRP. Sound Ford had the lowest price in WA by over $2,000 even with Employee Pricing going on. I also traded in my 2024 Crosstrek and they matched the Kelly Blue Book trade in value. Mike, Kwok and Isabel were all very helpful. The finance guy (I think his name was Joe) didn’t try to upsell warranties, or extra add ons. Usually you have to fight for dealers to take them off. Would highly recommend going here for the best priced ford with no haggling.

I visited Sound Ford several months ago after seeing an online ad for a vehicle I was interested in. I confirmed with the dealership that the car was in stock before making the trip. Although I had read several concerning reviews online, I decided to visit based on the ad and their confirmation.

When I arrived, I met with the salesperson I had corresponded with online. However, they were unable to locate the vehicle I had inquired about and later said it was still inbound. Instead, we test-drove a similar model. The vehicle’s interior wasn’t very clean, which echoed some of the reviews I had read. The salesperson also seemed a bit uncomfortable, which made the experience somewhat awkward.

After the test drive, I wanted to learn more about the online deal and when the advertised vehicle would actually arrive. The salesperson brought me inside to speak with a manager but had to wait quite a while before anyone came to help. When the manager finally arrived, I learned that the deal I had seen online was misleading and omitted key details that would have changed my decision to visit in the first place. I left feeling disappointed but wiser for the experience.

In the months following my visit, I received multiple phone calls, text messages, and emails from the dealership. I repeatedly responded with “Stop” and “Unsubscribe,” yet the messages continued to come—often from different salespeople.

In short, I would advise reading and believing the low-star reviews about this dealership. The experience was frustrating enough to put me off Ford for a while. However, I eventually gave another Ford dealership a chance and had a completely different—and far more positive—experience.
