The Yamaha U1 Transacoustic is a gorgeous upright acoustic piano combined with digital silent piano features so you can play with headphones at night, use MIDI and record audio to a USB stick. I've had the piano for 10 years and it is in excellent condition, as every piano tuner has commented (tuned yearly). The current U1TA model sells for $17,400 (~$19k with taxes).
