Trades Considered. Hard to find Award 727 Travel Trailer 27'

Trades for an F150 considers. This is a hard to find 1995 Award Classic 27' Travel Trailer. We brought it originally as of all the traveler trailers out there it's the best compromise between length and sleeping capacity. It's 27' long yet comfortably sleeps a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Unlike most travel trailers that have a full size dinning room in the front which is a waste of space this one has a couch which lets out into a bed. The let out bed sleeps 2 small children, the convertible table sleeps 2 small children and the bedroom sleeps 2 adults. I purchased this a year ago, used it once, and didn't have a chance to hookup everything, and as a result I don't fully know what works and what doesn't. The person I purchased it from said "everything" works but I have not personally tested everything. I can confirm the air conditioner works as I ran it for multiple hours. The only confirmed issues are: -Front outer window was heat damaged and is no longer perfectly clear and is opaque -Step ladder into unit is damaged -One of the bedroom beds needs a new sheet of plywood underneath (easy fix) It's currently located in storage in Los Lunas and it can be viewed there however I will be moving it to Albuquerque soon. Will consider partial trades for a 97-04 generation F150 ( I can only consider this type truck for Tommy Gate considerations). I have roughly 100 more pictures and videos that I couldn't post.
