8x12 Lean To Shed

8x12 shed with a lean to roof The shed was built out of high quality materials and is not made out of tuff shed type materials. For example: The roof is made out of peel and stick roofing. It has edge drip and has an over hang on the front and back to prevent rain from getting in (You are more than welcome to come by this weekend when it is raining and see for yourself). The siding is actual siding and not painted OSB Board The studs are secured together with screws and the siding is attached with screws and not nails. The floor joist have been off the ground as you can see in the pictures and the floor joist are made out of pressure treated 2x6. The studs in the walls and on the roof are made 16 inches on center (Not every 24 inches like the ones at home depot) and most importantly: The door is an actual exterior door. Yes the door is made out of metal. I put a lot of work into making this and it has served me well these past few years. Additionally if you would like I will throw in the dual pane insulated window for free that you see in the picture/video. Again, this is made out of quality material and no OSB board went into this. Need it gone sooner than later so I am willing to take $1000 Buyer responsible for moving it
