While I appreciate the owners response, the underlying notes of deflection are not appreciated. Unfortunately, for a portion of those first 14 days I was out of town for an unexpected funeral, so by the time the issues were diagnosed by a mechanic that warranty period was up. I was also never informed of a willingness to "assist with maintenance items after the sale". What I was told was that the vehicle had just had its oil changed, which turned out to be false. I figured maybe they just forgot to reset the dash warning as well as remove/replace the old sticker showing it was 10k+ miles overdue. But upon personally changing the oil/filter myself just in case, it was clear it hadn't been done in quite some time. More importantly, what I was also told was that the car had no issues which absolutely was not true as it had a coolant leak on day one. That issue has since been taken care of with a new radiator install. But now that the cooling fan assembly is shot, leaving the vehicle inoperable until a new one is installed, maybe your well established family owned-operated business will stand behind some ethics and help out with the costs. No one should have to invest an additional $1k a month after buying a car with "no issues" and yet, here I am.

🍋🍋🍋 Buyer beware, make sure you verify all the info on the car and don't just take their word for it like I did. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch to get a vehicle and I trusted I wasnt getting screwed over.

Test drive was totally fine. I asked if they had an inspection report and while they did not, I was assured that all their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and don't go up for sale if they have any issues. To start, the day I arrived home with the vehicle, literally every single fluid was depleted and needed to be filled. The oil dipstick wasn't inserted all the way which caused engine oil to spray all over the engine compartment. After 1 week of having the vehicle major issues started to show and now a month in and I need to buy a new radiator due to a coolant leak (have gone through 3 jugs of coolant) as well as a complete front end suspension replacement. There is a crack in the exhaust manifold resulting in an exhaust leak and the transmission frequently slips gears. Plus, the vehicle was way over priced as now I see that the same model but 4-5 years newer with less miles are going for the same price I paid for a 2013.

On top of everything, I still don't even have the title/registration for the damn thing.

I will say however, that the employees are very nice/friendly and the whole buying process was very straight forward and quick. You definitely won't be sitting there all day like at big name dealerships. Just do your due diligence and take the vehicle to get inspected by YOUR mechanic before throwing your money away, and then some.

Came by to check out a rarer VW and was amazed to see a perfectly maintained vehicle. Lee was honest, fun to work with and very open. I got the car inspected at a local shop and was told everything was fantastic except one thing needed repairing. J&M did the work recently and I could not be happier. All the prices and communication were on point, just a shame that AZ sales tax is as high as it is. Otherwise, a very easygoing and pleasant experience. Looking forward to working with Lee in the future should there be other repairs as it was a cheap and efficient process. Thank you!

Can't speak fully on the car yet as we just purchased our Cruze today... but I'm 1000% satisfied with the buying experience. Ace was not pushy, very straightforward, and made the process quick and easy for me and my husband. Like some of the other reviews mention, he did state early in our visit that their prices are firm and they don't finance -- but I did not find that off-putting or rude at all. Frankly I appreciate him being direct but still polite. Others may be more sensitive, I like the no BS approach. Anyway, I'll update if anything changes in the near future but as of now I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ace again. Solid dude.
