Was gift, used a couple of times without oil & it really does stimulate & soothe, I just forget to use it. It can be used for reducing stress headaches, muscle relaxation & promoting hair growth. It can be used with or without essential oils (oils not included). It can also be used in shower/tub or not. Instruction book, charger, changeable heads & box included. Cleaning is very easy, can be done with soft toothbrush & mild vinegar & water for disinfecting. It says it can be used on pets as well.
