Please read fully 2000 Fleetwood prowler has roof damage. Minimal have been able to keep moisture out with tarps. Bedroom wall needs to be replaced, though there is no moisture coming in some cabinets as well in that area need to be replaced not all Under kitchen sink needs to be replaced and gutted due to a fire I do have a new faucet and sink is in good shape There is work to be done on this. It’s 24 years old though there is so much potential I am unable to complete. Bathroom is in perfect shape, bunk bed, perfect shape, closet perfect slide slide out has some issues though just small repairs in the floor Living area is in great shape Some areas in the floor do you need to be patched? Brand new converter with receipt Brand new hitch Awning is in perfect shape Trailer tires are good and able to move I do not have a title for this, though I do have bumper to bumper report and complete manual Air conditioning and heat work properly, comes with 30 pound propane two tanks Refrigerator freezer microwave, and exhaust fan all work properly stove has been removed (gas) Exterior does have some issues, though are easy patches and fixes All electricity works I have no problem, allowing anyone to see or be aware of what’s going on with it I am just unable to do anymore alone If you would like more photos or videos, please message me I am being 100% about this listing as well as the price not too much room for negotiation due to the fact that hitch, brand new converter and trailer if you were to tear it down would be worth over $2000 Have a happy day
