I have bought a lot of cars in my life but buying a car with Action Auto Sales was by far the best car buying experience yet.
Walter was not like the stereotypical "salesman". He was extremely professional, kind, personable, and there was zero sales pressure. All of the cars on the lot seem to be very well priced and they are good quality vechicles. I went on a Saturday so the lot was  very busy. Walter done it ALL!!! From answering phone calls, setting me up to test drive the car, doing the financing, to even detailing my car at the end when the sale was final. He worked extremely well under pressure. It really shows that he loves his job and helping people like me get exactly what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are in need of a new ride. You won't be disappointed.

Had such a great experience today with Walter and Brad! I went in very nervous because I had never made a car purchase before, but left feeling good with my decision. Walter and Brad were reassuring with the quality of care they put into their vehicles. They even took my car to the car wash and gave it some gas before sending me on my way. Very nice and honest company

I rented an Infiniti QX60 for a beach trip and absolutely loved the vehicle my only issue was that it had a super small trunk space; after doing my research I decided on a QX50, it was just the right size and had more trunk space. I searched for my ideal car for about 2 weeks before coming across it at Action Auto Sales.

I called and inquired about the vehicle and Walter was super helpful; I was able to submit all of my necessary stipulations over the phone, and received my approval and down payment amount before going in.

I put a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until I got there a few days later; took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic, received the “all good” and went back to make my purchase.

The bank that I was approved through raised their monthly payments and I absolutely would not go for it; Markos came in and saved the day!! He got my payments back to a completely doable monthly rate and I left with “Goddess”!!

She’s been in my possession for a little over 2 weeks now and I’ve had no issues; I went to pick up my plates yesterday, and Markos made sure that everything was okay, he even asked again to make sure that my monthly payment was okay. I have a one year bumper to bumper warranty plus a “Brad” warranty and I’m completely satisfied.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience here but mine was terrific and I’m beyond happy! If you do your part as a car buyer, Action Auto definitely does their part as a car dealer. Go by and see them I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!

If I could give it no stars, I would. I really don't know where to begin. Bought the car in November. They kept it a week saying they were going to fix it. Still having the same problems that it had in the beginning. Then they lie to you and tell you, we're going to help even if it's a year from now, we'll help. That's a lie. The mechanic will tell you. We won't give it back to you if it's not right. That's a lie. Then they'll tell you, we've put too much money in this already. How do you fix a car? I drive fifteen minutes up the street and it's doing the same thing, you wipe the codes out and the car's still doing the same thing. If you have money to make a deposit, make a car payment and pay for your car to be fixed all at the same time, this is the place for you. If you want a car that actually works, please go somewhere else. Don't buy their extended warranty policy. It doesn't cover anything, right? But they'll tell you it will right it just to get you to spend that extra money. Not worth a headache.

Terrible sold me a car with a bad engine leaking oil , then when i called and ask can i bring cad back to have the mechanic look at it and i was willing to pay the indian guy told me no they will not look at at didnt even have the car a month smh
