They informed me it would be costly to send it back for a return after they gave me free shipping to receive it, and they told me my money back was not guaranteed. My partner lost their job and we have a family to feed, so here I am! It's been in our living room, temperature controlled and in original packaging until I can figure out what to do with it (we don't drink wine).
